Hola, Aloha, peaceful greetings to you, Buenos dias from Ashland, Oregon. I am contacting you because we (Stephanie, myself and our loving dog Apollo) are in search of a rental for this upcoming winter within the area you serve. Todos Santos, Pescadero, Cerritos and the Las Tunas areas are our locational preferences. We plan to arrive just before Christmas (the 23rd) and stay through the end of March (the 23rd). The majority of the time it’ll be myself and dog at the residence. Stephanie will be there on and off maybe every couple weeks or so, and her 8 year old daughter, Zinnia, will most likely join us for a couple weeks in January…and perhaps for a week in March. We would like something within the $1000/month range (maybe give or take some, preferably less☺). A large one bedroom could work if the rest of the house has plenty of space. Two bedrooms may be more welcoming. With our dog, ideally the residence has a yard and for the most part contained; i.e., fenced/gated…if not, we could manage as he is very well behaved. Stephanie is a potter and teacher. I am into outdoor education, and an aspiring writer who seeks to spend time writing inspirationally while in Baja. Last summer I travelled, by bicycle, from Canada to Cabo, arriving into Cabo San Lucas the night Hurricane Odile hit the land. Regardless of the natural difficulties, I made friends and love the area. Stephanie and I returned to Baja Sur this last February; during that vacation we began thinking of moving down there. We have decided to spend more time in the area before committing to a permanent move. We are planning our next trip to Baja sometime between the end of June and beginning of July, and we would like some showings set up for viewing in hopes of locating the one we’ll rent for the upcoming winter. This is our step we take before buying. Please help us locate our winter rental; one where we will be: inspired, creative, moved to claim Baja home, and the community family and friends.
