College professor (Maria) and artist (Victor) are looking for housing for January through March as we start to build our house. We have a 17 year old Pescadero pup (Lalo) who we hope will still be with us. We are responsible, quiet, clean, non-smokers and Victor is handy. My boyfriend Grant and I are looking into moving down to Todos Santos/Pescadero for at least 6 months as of late November and are needing to find a place to live. We have a large Rhidgeback/lab as well.
We work in sustainable agriculture up in central California but are in between jobs, and Grant is looking into working with a small water filtration company out of Todos Santos for a while. We are very friendly, clean, conscious of other people’s space and respectful of other people’s property. I will also be looking for part time work for the entire duration of our stay and have a variety of skills in ranching, farming and outdoor activities. I speak French fluently and German and Spanish conversationally. We can both send resumes and references to whomever is interested.
