The 2015 Todos Santos Mango Fest, the most successful in memory, was held July 31-August 2 on the newly paved Calle Brisas del Pacifico, which is across the street from La Esquina Restaurant. This year’s proud 2015 Mango Fest Queen winner, Queen Alondra, was crowned while flanked by the Queens from the 2013 and 2014, and then followed by an evening of live music, singing, and dancing.
And just how many delicious Mango dishes were on display at the festival for our eating pleasure? Here we go, to name a few; there were mango cookies, mango ice cream, fresh mango juice, mango and churros, sliced mangos with fruit, mangos with chile, mango salsa, mango ceviche, mango on a stick, mango poste, mango tarts, and of course Mangate, which is a sweet mango extract.
